What is CORNUCHEM?
CORNUCHEM is an EVA- or Copolymer film that has been produced by Horn & Bauer Group for many years and has been strongly modified with our own know-how.
It is mainly used in the rubber industry for the packaging of chemicals in crystalline, powdery or liquid form.

Where is CORNUCHEM used?
CORNUCHEM is used worldwide by almost all well-known rubber and tyre manufacturers.
In addition, a large part of the plastics processing industry and chemical-technical wholesalers also belong to our
customers.

What are the advantages of CORNUCHEM?
Especially adapted to the customer‘s wishes the different material properties offer the possibility to dump the chemical
with the bag into the kneader without emptying the bag.

• the operator does not come into contact with the chemicals

The extremely low melting point of the quality CORNUCHEM 11 creates safety reserves, which are particularly
important in the case of technical rubber compounds or high-quality tire rubber.
Due to the flat bottom seam of the CORNUCHEM chemical bag, a residue-free melting of the bags is guaranteed
despite the high load capacity.

Printing:

Bags may have an individual 2-colour printing if required.
